Project Indy is comprised of a network of community organizations, employers, and corporate partners who are providing job opportunities, soft-skill development and job-readiness training to in-school and out-of-school youth in Marion County.

9-12 Graders who identify as African American, Latino/Hispanic, American Indian/Native American, or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander: The Up-Next Business Academy brings together Indiana students from underrepresented populations to the Kelley School of Business to introduce them to opportunities within the business world and educate them on the college admissions process.
Students come together in Bloomington, Ind., one Saturday a month from September through May. Transportation will be available for students in the Indianapolis area.
