BCHS will be hosting an SAT Prep Class on Tuesdays in 2023, from 6-8 p.m., starting January 24 and ending February 28. This class, taught by BCHS teachers, is just in time for the SAT School Day on March 1.

Mrs. Schaffner will conduct an hour of math review and Mrs. Hilton an hour of verbal review each week. The class is designed for juniors, but sophomores will be allowed if space is available.

Cost is $150 per person. Space is limited so secure your spot soon. All registration is online.

Registration deadline is Jan. 23.

Seniors who will take the SAT or ACT should choose a date in the fall; Juniors should register for dates in the spring. Register online using the links below. Registration materials may also be picked up in the Guidance Office. Remember to look ahead to scheduled events such as retreats, theatre productions, and athletic participation before choosing a testing date.

The Indiana Department of Education is partnering with Schoolhouse.world to support students in grades eight through 12 with free tutoring for SAT preparation, math courses and Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

Live small-group tutoring via Zoom will focus on SAT reading, writing and math as well as AP course tutoring in calculus, statistics, chemistry, biology, physics and computer science.
